The Cayman Islands National Squash Association (CINSA) is the governing body
of squash for the Cayman Islands.

Orginaly CINRSA was constituted in 1984, then reconstituted as Cayman Island National Squash Association (CINSA) on 8 January 2007 as an Ordinary Non Profit Company Limited by Guarantee. CINSA is a member of the World Squash Association since October 2008.

CINSA is run by a board of dedicated and passionate squash volunteers. CINSA and the South Sound Squash Club work together to achieve the best squash programmes for the Cayman Islands. As the National Squash Association, we are responsible for programs that include instruction, participation and development of the sport to its membership.

  • Junior Squash – Junior Squash For Life (JSL)
  • School Squash
  • School Squash Championships
  • National Championships
  • Representative Teams including both junior and senior events
  • Cayman Open
